Workflow
step
/ 1
Discussing and evaluating the project
We get to know your idea, discuss the goals and dive into the details of the project. If the technical specification already exists, it is studied and the important points are clarified; if not, you get help collecting the requirements and defining the tasks. A non-disclosure agreement is signed if needed.
step
/ 2
Creating a commercial offer
Based on the collected requirements, we suggest suitable implementation options and a technology stack. The timeline, the scope of work and the cost of the project are estimated in advance, so that the terms of cooperation are clear from the start. Once the offer is agreed, the contract is signed.
step
/ 3
Working out the technical specification
Together we detail the requirements, think through the logic of the system and capture its future functionality. This stage can be skipped if you already have a complete technical specification. The work involves a project manager, a business analyst and the development tech leads.
step
/ 4
Starting development
The system is developed and tested in small iterations, with intermediate results shown and discussed with you regularly. In parallel we prepare the necessary technical documentation: code comments, build and deployment instructions, and an API description.
step
/ 5
Showing intermediate results
We split the development into separate tasks and, once the key stages are completed, open access to a working version of the system. You can check the implemented functionality, share your feedback and make sure the project is moving in the right direction.
step
/ 6
Discussing the results and refining the specification
After the demonstration we collect your feedback and discuss new ideas and wishes. If necessary, the technical specification is adjusted, the priorities clarified and the changes agreed, so that the result matches the current goals of the project.
step
/ 7
Completing the development
Final testing covers the whole system, and every completed task is re-checked. The issues that come up are fixed, so you get a product that works reliably and meets the agreed requirements.
step
/ 8
Handing over the finished system
The system is deployed on your servers, or a ready installer is handed over. You receive the source code and the documentation, along with the exclusive rights to the result of the development. Access to the sources is given through a Git repository or on the medium of your choice.
step
/ 9
Providing technical support
After the development is finished, technical support continues for one year: we help you grow the system, release improvements and resolve any questions that come up. Later you can choose a convenient format of cooperation — from one-off requests to long-term support with an SLA.
