Software technical support
Your product stays under watch: issues are analysed as they appear and fixed promptly, so the system remains stable and reliable.
Workflow
step
/ 1
Signing an NDA
Before the work starts, a non-disclosure agreement is signed. It guarantees the confidentiality of the source code, the documentation, the credentials and any other information about your system that becomes available while support is provided.
step
/ 2
Getting to know the system
We study the documentation, diagrams, video instructions and the program code to understand how the product is built and what makes it special. An initial technical audit shows the current state of the system and defines the scope of the work needed to keep it supported.
step
/ 3
Creating a commercial offer
Based on the results of the technical assessment, a suitable support format is chosen. The offer lists the planned work, the way requests are handled, the response times and the cost of the services, so that clear terms of cooperation are fixed in advance.
step
/ 4
Providing technical support
We analyse how the product works, find the causes of incidents and fix the faults. Every change is verified, the stability of the system is kept under watch, and improvements that make it more reliable and convenient are suggested along the way.
step
/ 5
Growing the system — if needed
If needed, we can take on the further development of the product: implement the recommendations that came out of the support work, clear the accumulated technical issues and add new functionality. The scope, timelines and terms of such work are agreed separately.
