Online payment

You can pay for the OptionWorkshop software license using bank cards such as Visa, Mastercard, МИР, and other payment systems.

To complete the payment by bank card, the customer is redirected to the payment page of the processing center CloudPayments. On the opened form, you will need to enter the card number, the cardholder’s name, the expiration date and the card verification code (CVV2 or CVC2). After filling in the details, the payment data is transmitted to the acquiring bank in encrypted form.

All card transactions are carried out in accordance with the requirements of all supported payment systems. When transmitting information, special security technologies for online card payments are used.

Refund policy

The refund is made only if the License issued to the client for the OptionWorkshop program was not activated (part 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation" On Consumer Rights Protection " of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 (ed. of 13.07.2015)). Refusal of the License and subsequent refund to the client after obtaining the License is not possible due to the fact that the buyer acquires the right to use, which belongs to the objects of copyright and is protected in accordance with Article 1259 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Codestetic may decide to replace the License on an individual basis within 3-5 business days after receiving a corresponding request from the client to the address sales@codestetic.com

Also, in order to avoid disputes regarding the compliance of the functionality with the client's expectations, it is available trial version of the program.

Processing of personal data

Non-disclosure of information received by the company

When purchasing a product, the customer specifies an email address on the website. The Company undertakes not to transfer the information received from the client to third parties and not to publish the data in the public domain. Disclosure of information in accordance with the reasonable and applicable requirements of the law does not constitute a breach of obligations.

Use of information

The information provided by the client is used to fulfill obligations to the client in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006, as amended. Federal Law No. 261-FZ of 25.07.2011. The processing of personal data includes the following actions: recording, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction. The transfer of data to third parties is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Anonymous data (for example, information about user activity), which cannot be used to identify the customer, can be used for the analysis and preparation of marketing activities.

Mailing

When making an OptionWorkshop purchase, the customer agrees to receive newsletters from Codestetic (payment information, announcements of new products, notifications about planned events or changes in the customer service rules). The frequency of receiving mailings will be no more than one message per day.
